last post was at the shop's 6 month mark - and a couple weeks back we passed the 1 year mark. hooray! 1 year of independent struggles and makin' music friends and dangwasitworthit?ithinkso. i think.

nothing on the post tip last month. not my fault. really... been biz with, you know - the biz. and it's hanging in. that is it. the 18th of this month will be 6 months! 6 months (plus a year er so) of post-IBM / "realjobness" n' good pay but blah work relationships, grey cubes, and yeah. happy thoughts!

wuh... another store first happened today which was quarterly taxes - yippee. not as bad as i thought it would be, but oh how i understand the concept of tax cheats now... so uh, shame on you, mr. trump! anyways, i am fighting a cold, but dang bless it, i will NOT GET SICK *cough* - now where's that TJ's whiskey blend...? other than that, whats new? well you know, RECORDS. lots of 'em. got a bunch of old blues compilations, not to mention some kool jazz albums, and my personnal favorite, Alphonse Mouzon's - Funky Snakefoot album. ha, i know. but it IS as good as the title! come on by the shop and PLEASE, ask for it by name...
